Company is hitting a Run rate of INR 9 Cr Apx in Mar 2021 with an Operating Profit of 7%. Company also had achieved a peak turnover of INR 35 Crs in a single year.
There is an opportunity to acquire 100% stake in the company as Promoters are seeking to divest as the next generation is not willing to participate.
Promoters are willing to continue to work with the potential acquirer over the coming few years to enable smooth transition of management by acting as a bridge between all stakeholders, particularly customers and employees.
