I.T. Company with SaaS Product and revenue and IT Serivice Division is seeking strategic investment / M&A / JV.

They are looking for strategic investment / primary (depending upon
combined business plan) and secondary (preferably substantial majority between 51-76%) now and remaining stake sale after 12 months i.e hand-holding period.

The Company has two streams of revenues viz. (in FY22)

  1. B2B SaaS revenues of Rs. 2.10 crs, which is likely to increase with
    more adoption in future from the same and new clients in India and outside.

and

  1. IT services revenues of Rs. 4.50 Crores, which is function of people deployed.
